  • 50ml Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
  • 10 ml Pistachio syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 12.5ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 75 ml Italian beer reduction

Italian Inspiration

I have been to Italy once and my most vivid memories of the holiday is having a nice refreshing Italian beer on the beach with pistachio ice cream.


  • Make a reduction of Italian beer, to make a more concentrated bitterness to cut through the Luxardo Maraschino cherries and the pistachio,
  • The sweet vermouth and full egg add a great depth and full bodied texture to the drink.
