- 37.5ml Luxardo Limoncello
- 12.5ml Rum
- 5 Lemon wedges
- 1 Sparkling mineral water
- 20ml Demerera sugar syrup
The Amalfi Coast produces some of the best lemons in the world. My family comes from Minori and this is something we drink every time we visit my Nonna's hometown.
- Muddle lemons with demerera sugar syrup,
- Add Luxardo Limoncello and Rum,
- Add a little crushed ice and mix,
- Top with crushed ice and sparkling mineral water!
