Ingredients

  • 20ml Luxardo Kirsch
  • 35ml Ginger Gin
  • 15ml Yuzu Nigori Sake
  • 25ml White tea
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 3 dashes Bitters

Italian Inspiration

My Italian inspiration comes from a mix of the Japanese culture with the beautiful and sensation Italian ingredients such cherries, fruit juice sodas and of course Luxardo Kirsch and the famous Luxardo Marasca cherry trees.

Method

  • Stir and strain all ingredients,
  • Pour into a Japanese tea pot,
  • Serve with dry ice.
