Luxardo Maraschino Originale
In a cobbler shaker add
- 25ml Bols Genever,
- 20ml Luxardo Maraschino Originale
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml Adam Elmegirab's Dandelion and Burdock bitters
- 10ml Chamomile Tea Syrup*
Shake all ingredients up well and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a strip of lemon peel spritzed over the drink and topped with chamomile flowers. Serve and enjoy straight away.
*to make the chamomile tea syrup add 6 chamomile tea bags to a cup of hot water. Leave to steep for 5 minutes. Add two cups fine caster sugar into a pan and then add the water from the tea. Reduce down for 5 minutes. Leave to cool and bottle.
