Method

  • 20 ml Luxardo Maraschino
  • 20 ml Aperitif Wine
  • 10 ml of Nocellara Del Belice Olive Reduction
  • Prosecco top up(~30ml)
  • Build over ice in a beautiful vintage goblet/coupe, give a gentle stir then garnish with a lemon twist and serve with olives.
