Round two of the competition saw the temperature rise as well as the tension. Matthew, Nathan and David took to centre stage for the last time. This was their last chance to prove their cocktail recipes to the judges.
With the round focusing on imagination of their ingredients they began to prepare their cocktails…
Nathan presented judges with his Paloma Rose with complimenting ingredients such as, caraway syrup, seeds and salt, served with fresh Padua figs. David mixed up an unusual cocktail using dolce latte cheese, fresh vanilla and saffron. While Matthew created a Margarita Pimento Rosa, served up in a delicious Italian red pepper.
Round two was over, the finalist had done all they could to be crowned winner. The judges gave nothing away as they sipped the finalist’s final creations.
